(collectively, "Zimini's Services").
Personal Information and Other Data That We Collect
Zimini does not require you (the consumer) to disclose your name, email address
or street address (“Personally Identifiable Information”) to provide you with coupons,
promotions or special offers. You may elect to provide Zimini with your email address
on our website in the event you lose your screen name and password, so that we can
reset/retrieve it for you - this is optional and not required to use Zimini's services.
If you decide to share you email address with us, you can do so with confidence,
because we will not share you email address with others. We store information about
your personal preferences (your Zimini profile) on your PC under a user name and
password that you choose. Zimini encrypts your personal information whenever Zimini
transmits it between your PC and the Zimini server. The encryption of this data
during transmission is one of the many important steps that we take to protect your
privacy. We also collect a copy of your personal information (your Zimini profile)
and store it on our server so that we can match coupons to users. Zimini may use
your personal information for our own use, remove any personally identifiable information
from it, and combine it with similar information that we collect from other users
of Zimini's Services. We call this process data aggregating. Data aggregating is
just another important step that we take to keep your personal information private.
Zimini uses industry standard protection for all of the personal information that
Zimini stores on the Zimini servers to keep others from seeing it.
Zimini uses cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience and
to learn about how you use Zimini services in order to improve their quality.
When you log onto our Web site Zimini's servers automatically record information
including the URL, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time
